Bulbrokers is a non-banking financial and investment company, leader in the brokerage services on the Bulgarian and regional markets. It was founded in 1996 and has been licensed for executions of deals with financial instruments by Commission of Financial Supervision and deals with FX by Bulgarian Central Bank. Bulbrokers is a member of Bulgarian Stock Exchange, Central Depository, Investors Compensation Fund and Bulgarian Licensed Investment Intermediaries Association.

In the last couple of years, Bulbrokers has become one of the most active investment intermediaries on the domestic stock market.

A consolidation process in the securities brokerage area was completed in 2008 by acquiring STS Finance - one of the leading investment intermediaries in the field of electronic trading in foreign currency, foreign shares and derivatives. The merger of the two licensed investment intermediaries has been completed under the Bulbrokers brand name.

In cooperation with Bulbrokers Consulting, a leading M&A, ECM and Corporate Finance Advisory House in Bulgaria and SEE, Bulbrokers provides high-level value added services, as well as individual solutions considering each customer’s specific needs in the following principal directions:
